Concept
As global warming continues to plague us, the need for sustainable ideas increases. Insert “Plankton Living”, a concept design for a dwelling that has algae tanks strategically embedded into its structure.
The science behind it
When sunlight interacts with algae/phytoplankton, the process of photosynthesis is initiated. Said process produces oxygen and releases it into the atmosphere.
Projection
Just imagine if this concept could be incorporated in future dwelling, how much good we could do with very little effort. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that it would be aesthetically pleasing: tanks containing neon green liquid teeming with microscopic giants that heal instead of hurt our environment.
